Eric
Geier is the Founder and President of Sky-Nets, Ltd. His expertise
in wireless networking, passion for aviation, and interest in
business has fueled the creation of Sky-Nets.
Eric has been a
computing and wireless networking author and consultant for
several years, and he is a Certified
Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA). |
Eric
writes for online publications such as WiFiPlanet.com,
PracticallyNetworked.com,
and WindowsNetworking.com,
and the following are just two of the many books he has authored:
For
several years, Eric was employed with Wireless-Nets,
a consulting firm focusing on the implementation of wireless mobile
solutions and training, as a consultant and instructor. His most recent
work with Wireless-Nets (under the company Civitium,
a leader in the public broadband market) was performing testing for
municipal (city-wide) Wi-Fi networks, in cities such as San Francisco, Miami Beach,
and Denver.
In addition, Eric assisted with the planning and development of a new
business unit of Wireless-Nets, the Independent Wireless Networking Academy.
Although
Eric is not a licensed Pilot, he has always been interested in flying
and has had several hours behind the stick. He has also been involved
with Civil Air Patrol.

severed as an advertising manager for the newspaper The Clarion of
Sinclair Community College (Dayton, Ohio), one of the largest
community colleges in America. He has negotiated AD campaigns with
companies such as Archrival and 360-Youth. |
